On April 8, 2021, Sumeru Equity Partners, a growth-focused technology investment firm based in San Mateo, California, announced its strategic investment in Loopio, a Toronto-based software provider that helps companies streamline their response process for RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires.

Loopio plans to use the fresh funding to accelerate its product development, customer acquisition, and hiring, as the company banks on continued request for proposal (RFP) software market growth.
