TOWN OF LEBANON REQUEST FOR BIDS:
The Town of Lebanon is accepting sealed bids for renovation of the Russell Theater. Each bidder shall supply detailed specifications that will enable the Town of Lebanon to evaluate each submittal.
Bidder Specs shall specify compliant or equivalent to the provided specs. A Pre-bid meeting for discussion & questions will be held October 2nd at 10:00 am in the Council Chambers located at the Town Hall followed by a site visit of the building.
Bids shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope labeled “Town of Lebanon Russell Theater Bid” no later than 4:00 p.m. October 13, 2020 to Town of Lebanon, 405 West Main Street, Lebanon, VA 24266.
Bids shall be opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers. The Town of Lebanon will not discriminate against faith-based organizations. Minority and Female Owned Businesses and local businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
A complete set of bid specs may be obtained by contacting Kevin Blankenship, Town Manager, at the Town Hall, 276-889-7200. The town reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsible bidder.
The Town reserves the right to phase the project based upon grant funding. The Town of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any and all bids that it deems to not be in the best interest of the Town. Any questions relating to the specs, please contact Kevin Blankenship 276-889-7200.
