The Henry County Board of Supervisors will, at its regular monthly meeting, Tuesday September 22, 2020 in the Summerlin Meeting Room on the first floor of the Henry County Administration Building on Kings Mountain Road in Collinsville, Virginia, consider adopting amendments to the Henry County Code of Ordinances regarding Henry County’s purchasing procedures.
The purpose of the amendments is to make Henry County’s bidding and RFP process mirror the State’s procurement guidelines.
A copy of the full text of the amended ordinance may be viewed in the County Administrator’s Office in the Henry County Administration Building, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tim Hall County Administrator
