The of City of Kendleton, TX plans to apply for the Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) ( Hazard Mitigation Planning Program) funding from the Texas General Land Office (GLO) and is soliciting proposals to provide administration and/or planning services for CDBG-MIT contract(s), if awarded. Please submit 3 copies of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the address below: Attn: Christina Flores, City Secretary, City of Kendleton, 430 FM 2919 RD, Kendleton, TX 77451. Proposals must be received by the City of Kendleton no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 10, 2020 to be considered. The City of Kendleton reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s). Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
