INVITATION TO BID
Subject: Request for proposal to conduct farmer surveys, field experiments, dissemination of technologies and overall coordination of the PRUNSAR project activities in Rwanda
The project ‘Sustainable rice-based farming systems: EC contribution to RICE CRP flagship project 3 in Africa (PRUNSAR)’, was approved and it covers three countries Nigeria, Rwanda, and Senegal. A Service Provider will deliver the Output of the project in Rwanda in relation to the indicated subject.
we would like to invite Services Providers to submit their technical and financial proposal.
The scope of the tender will be sent together with this invitation to bid.

The deadline for submission of bids is 15th May 2020 at 4:00 pm. Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, Local Time.
The subject of the mail should be clearly marked as follow: RFP/2020-001/PSU/PRUNSAR/KS/DOF
AfricaRice will reject late proposals.
Bidders will be advised, in due course, of the results of their proposals.
