ProCure Selects OKC President
(Oklahoma City—August 16, 2007) ProCure Treatment Centers, Inc., a leading national provider of proton cancer therapy, today announced John Donaghue as president of ProCure Oklahoma.
Donaghue joins ProCure Oklahoma, the first facility of many throughout the nation, from Oklahoma City Clinic/Global Health, where he served as chief financial officer. In his new position, Donaghue will provide day-to-day management and coordination of hospital and physician partners in building the state-of-the-art cancer care institution.
Donaghue will lead the project to its grand opening in 2009, as well as manage the region, provide corporate oversight, and head up financial operations and risk management. In addition to managing the Oklahoma City facility, Donaghue will help build and create infrastructure for Chicago and other markets, as they are identified.
John M. Donaghue is a lifelong Oklahoman and a healthcare industry expert. Donaghue has led and managed various physician groups, surgery centers and health plans, and has held executive leadership positions in market operations of Fortune 500 companies and small local start-ups. He is a member of Oklahoma City Rotary Club 29, Oklahoma Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma City Chapter of Financial Executives International, and is on the Board of Advisors for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce.
